Researcher Portal

Controlled access workflows for Structural Triage and MD Evidence.

Access is key-controlled. Researchers request a key, run an agreed pilot size, review evidence packages, and submit structured feedback.

Structural Triage

For protein target panels

Upload or paste a CSV of UniProt accessions. The system returns a ranked table, per-target evidence, and downloadable artifacts.

CSV structure

Required column: uniprot_accession. Optional columns: target_id, category, notes.

MD Evidence

For compatible MD trajectories

Upload one topology file, one trajectory file, and optional metadata. Confirmed public-alpha paths are PSF+DCD, PDB+DCD, and GRO+XTC.

File structure

Topology + trajectory + metadata. Metadata may be JSON or CSV and should describe source, system, trajectory length, frame stride, and notes.

Researcher workflow

1

Request key

Apply for an access key and describe the intended panel or trajectory.

2

Run pilot

Use the controlled job flow for the agreed pilot size and format.

3

Review evidence

Inspect ranked outputs, metrics, file hashes, cards, scope notes, and artifacts.

4

Submit evaluation

Use the structured evaluation form so we can measure usefulness before widening access.
