Reviewer workflow

Receive pilot key

A reviewer receives one assigned researcher key with defined job and quota limits.

Enter Researcher Portal

The reviewer starts from the package or portal entry point.

Check access status

The reviewer confirms jobs remaining, days remaining, target quota, and MD upload quota.

Submit Structural Triage job

The reviewer submits a UniProt accession panel.

Review ranked evidence

The result page shows targets, review action, score, confidence fractions, and downloads.

Download evidence bundle

The reviewer downloads JSON, CSV, manifest, and checksum files.

Submit MD Evidence job

The reviewer uploads compatible topology, trajectory, and metadata files.

Review MD metrics

The result page shows parser status, frame/atom/residue counts, RMSD, RMSF, and radius of gyration.

Download MD bundle

The reviewer downloads result JSON, evidence card, manifest, and checksum files.

Verify checksums

Artifact integrity can be checked against generated checksum records.
