Structural Triage
Prioritize large protein-structure panels for manual scientific review.
Controlled evidence function. The evidence service has passed a 1,000-target operating gate. Access key required.
Problem it solves
Researchers may need to review hundreds or thousands of protein structures, but manual first-pass inspection is slow and hard to document. Structural Triage ranks targets and identifies residue ranges that deserve attention first.
What you upload
Submit a CSV of UniProt accessions. The required column is uniprot_accession. Optional columns are target_id, category, notes.
| Step | Researcher action | Platform output |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Request access key | Controlled job access is enabled for pilot users. |
| 2 | Submit CSV | The worker fetches AFDB-compatible structures where available. |
| 3 | Review ranked table | Targets are ranked by triage priority and recommended action. |
| 4 | Inspect candidates | Open top candidates and residue ranges for manual review. |
| 5 | Download artifacts | Export JSON, CSV, cards, manifests, and SHA-256 files. |
Pilot sizes
- Guided first review: 100–250 targets.
- Selected pilot: up to 1,000 targets.
- 10,000+ targets: scheduled institutional run by request.
